1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website kekeadvert.com or engaging Keke Advert for advertising services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Keke Advert provides out-of-home (OOH) advertising services via branded tricycle (keke NAPEP) campaigns in Kano State, Nigeria. Services include but are not limited to:

• Full fleet and targeted keke branding campaigns.
• Creative design and artwork production.
• Event activation campaigns.
• Campaign reporting and documentation.

3. Campaign Agreements

All campaigns are subject to a separate Campaign Agreement or Purchase Order that specifies the scope, duration, pricing, and deliverables. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of conflict, the Campaign Agreement takes precedence.

4. Payment Terms

• A minimum deposit of 50% of the agreed campaign fee is required before campaign production commences.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the campaign launch date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in campaign delays or suspension.
• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for campaign execution.
• Ensure that all submitted artwork and content comply with applicable Nigerian advertising regulations and do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Review and approve design proofs within 48 hours to avoid campaign delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Keke Advert (including designs, artwork, and campaign materials) remains the property of Keke Advert until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the campaign materials for the duration of the campaign.

Client-supplied brand assets, logos, and trademarks remain the property of the respective client at all times.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a campaign launch date are eligible for a refund of the deposit less any design costs incurred.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of launch, or after launch, are non-refundable.
• Keke Advert reserves the right to cancel a campaign if the client's content violates these terms or applicable law; in such cases, the deposit is forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Keke Advert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a campaign shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific campaign.

9. Force Majeure

Keke Advert shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in campaign delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, or equipment failure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Kano State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
